App is terribly slow loading to see payment history, make payments, view statements/details. Just this last weekend I got a notification of someone else’s loan payment - it showed the other persons address and payment info. If it’s not ready for consumer use it should not be released.
They had someone come to my house on a Sunday to tell me to call them this has never happened before till I used Shellpoint before Shellpoint I was in contact ever month or made my payments on the website I schedule one payment on Shellpoint now somebody rings my door bell to tell me to call shell point didn’t even get get a call from shell point I don’t ignore nt they send me this was embarrassing and unnecessary.
Side note there not open on Sunday so I couldn’t call them the day they sent somebody to my house to tell me to call them till 8 am tomorrow 🤦🏽♂️
I give it 1 should be negative one. I’ve been trying over a month to get a response from a human. Via text message, email or phone. I have all the money and have been trying to make my house payment for my Venmo account. Unable to. I have opened a new checking account. Just so I could transfer money from Venmo to that checking account so I could pay you people. Because I can’t get anybody to talk to me to tell me how to get you guys paid from my Venmo
I had a great credit score & never missed a mortgage payment in 20 years. Then my mortgage lender sold my mortgage this company. I have had nothing but trouble with these people they make it so you cannot pay your mortgage payment then they try to foreclose on you I’ve paid probably $10,000 in legal fees to get my account current again. This should be illegal! They have destroyed my credit score so I doubt I’ll be able to refinance my mortgage elsewhere.
Shellpoint gets the job done, but it’s not without its flaws. Making payments is straightforward, but the interface feels outdated and clunky. It could really benefit from more modern features, like push notifications for due dates or a clearer breakdown of payment history. Occasionally, Shellpoint is slow to load, which can be frustrating. It’s functional, but there’s definitely room for improvement to make it more user-friendly.
Adding an option for facial recognition would certainly be helpful.
I use it to pay my mtg and view my account. It’s very simple to use and suits my needs just fine. I have no cons or issues, nor do I have improvements at this time.

Ok, this payment is crazy good. This is the most manageable payment I’ve ever seen. While everyone is going out of their way to make things confusing and complicated, you guys just made it too easy. Thank you for the excellent service.
Need to have a section for partial payment.
Real easy app to use. Important things like make a payment right in front. No need to go through bunch of tabs and nonsense.
This is gotta be the simplest easiest app I’ve ever used. There’s no wondering where to go or where to look for what you need. It’s just that simple.

My mortgage was moved to this app. I see the negative reviews so wanted to add something positive. So far so good. Easy to make payments on line. And once I figured it out it is easy to change accounts for payment purposes.
Easy to use. Easy to make a payment, view history, etc.
Only thing I would change is the ability to set up more than one account, save them, and label them.
I have to say I recently transition to this new mortgage route and it has been day and night amazing thank you this app. I’m so glad that I have business with you.
