BPI App Status

Hi I already downloaded BPI Mobile app in my cellphone, but it won't open. It shows this error: " A6901: 1890: 7244 3072 Disable rooting to proceed" Thanks for your help.

I can't open my BPI Online. Indicates"Unstable Internet Connection" even i have internet connection. Appreciate for your immediate action. Thank you

Why i cannot all of the sudden i cannot open my BPI new apps?and its crashes right away after reflecting "device developer detected"? What shall i do?

cannot login into my BPI on my mobile app. It indicates need to register my phone , and upon sending the message on my device it keeps on failed.

All of a sudden, I cannot open the app, a pop up tells "an error was encountered, please force close the app and try again". I did clear cache, even uninstall the app and install again and, restarted my phone so many times but the issue is the same. How can I access my account again?

Mobile app is not working. I cannot use the transfer money, it just post a blank page and did not push through. Any immediate action for this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I can no longer use the BPI app. Unable to access the transfer money, load prepaid card and activate mobile key. Even the web doesn’t work as it is asking for mobile key. Always blank screen. Please fix the app if you really care about your patrons

I dont know what to do to you BPI. disappointing. I can`t access to transfer money to my payments. I've been working since Sept 30, 2022 and now its oct.2 and I'm still kicking and trying to work but still my BPI online account doesnt work until now. Im using online for didnt live philipiines, I thought this is so easy... What happen to your bank? is this still working or hacking my account? Please reply me, i need to pay my bills in the phils.

Can't dp any transaction on my app, i keep getting unstable internet connection error, when I have a stable connection...it is so frustrating....the service keeps getting bad....
