How to fix ShopMy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ShopMy app on iPhone
Update ShopMy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ShopMy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ShopMy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ShopMy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ShopMy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ShopMy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ShopMy App
1. On android, goto Settings » ShopMy » click [Force Stop]

Update ShopMy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ShopMy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ShopMy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ShopMy.

Fix ShopMy unable to contact server/ ShopMy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ShopMy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ShopMy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ShopMy
