I have a problem with CoyoteGO

- Brokers are not good

- CoyoteGO puts you on hold or hangs up the phone after 5 minutes

- Does not pay for detention service

- Will hold payment and not pay even when notified of detention pay

- Leaves product on truck for over 4 days

- Kicks you off loads and does not let you load for them

Cant looking for loads. Connection timeout right after opening up the app

To resolve CoyoteGO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the CoyoteGO App
1. On android, goto Settings » CoyoteGO » click [Force Stop]

Clear CoyoteGO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CoyoteGO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CoyoteGO.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CoyoteGO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CoyoteGO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
