Very detailed load board.
You don’t need to call anyone to book a load.
Everything u need about a load is clear here. Unlike other load boards where u have to call before u get customer name, address, time , weight etc etc. 6stars👍👍👍👍👍👍

Always looking for ways not to pay. Picked up a sealed load of cardboard, delivered the sealed load and the shipper had shorted 4 pallets. Coyote accused my company of stealing their cardboard and tried to get us to pay $1700. So if you haul for these guys document, count and photograph everything. Also, a few times they denied payment because the receiver signed in the wrong spot. So if there is not a clear place for the receiver to sign, write receiver and have the sign there.

The broker aren’t good. When you call the this app they put you on hold or they hang up the phone on you after 5 min. they don’t pay for detention service at all. Please please!!! stay away from CoyoteGO.
They will make to you to cry.

Company will hold payment and not pay even when they have been notified that we were on site and approaching detetention pay. Then leave the product on my truck for over 4 days. Then when you hire a lawyer then they kick you off loads and do not let you load for them tell we send them a letter of corrective action and how we will not go after them in the future if they decide not to pay again.

Makes my job a lot easier without having to waste time on hold calling to book loads or receiving check calls.

CoyoteGO need to show pick up and drop off address so the people se where are located those places before we put a bit on it and it will be more flexible if you have to pick up time or drop off like 07:00 to 11:00 am this allows the driver to have more time in case he get hold on one delivery and consideration on these prices because there are toll to be pay.

I tried so many times to call them to resolve this issue with this this app app, they were no help.
I guess it’s not meant to be, I am set up with them and everything but still, they would transfer me from one to another person then to another and so on and just hang up on me,
Way to go Coyote, if this is how you do other business then I don’t want to work with you

Coyote is not an reliable company they don’t pay detention even you were at shipper for 5 hours

Per broker you must use CoyoteGO although they don’t they call you all hours of the night because CoyoteGO never works and if you try to say something to them on the phone you either get hung up on or belittled to the point of shame by their so called professional customer service reps or specialist as they call them lol idiots truthfully.

I’ve had CoyoteGO for a few months even deleted it & reinstalled it & cant log in! I’ve even reset my password and no luck!

This is the best App in the business. It simplifies finding loads, eliminates check calls & makes submitting paperwork & invoices a breeze.

Im using CoyoteGO , but I can’t see the prices of the load or take the load from CoyoteGO
I call and spoke to 10 peoples to fix this including the agent who send me the rate con
They don't want me stop calling them for load
What I do need to do To see the prices and take the load from CoyoteGO
Fix the problem with the agents they don't want carriers use these app features

This is so simple if you take 5 minutes to enter your truck info and it submitting paperwork WAYY faster. Should have done it sooner

Coyote app is pretty easy to use. They always get back to you with the counter offer within a few mins.

It will be much better to see what price you offer. Either I can accept your price and book the load or bid my offer.

I have seen other freight broker app,but this one is the best of all time full stop

I’m tired of all the tricks and games going on three weeks they asked me to pay a lumper out of pocket the first time in one month I decided to do it only because it benefited me and it’s now going on three weeks haven’t gotten my $280 back and they keep giving me The runaround

Having problems with app loading up it keep trying to resign in over and over can’t even send info to you’ll threw app because it keep saying error retry again if keep happen contact you’ll .. Can’t even use CoyoteGO at all

Great app and great staff but needs a little more work.

Needs more options for dispatching and drivers. Can’t seem to update load status etc from a dispatcher.
Other than that it’s ok.

I signed up to use CoyoteGO but I cannot even login. I’ve called for support and all they can tell me is that “it’s good on our end”. I cannot even reset my password. It’s been a total waste of time.
