I can see my booking when I log in to Ouigo on my PC but the app will not show my booking when I am logged in and if I try and import my booking it tells me "booking reference and email input not found"

Any time I click log in and actually log in, the webpage turns blank. Very annoying!

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent OUIGO app issues:

Force Stop the OUIGO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click OUIGO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update OUIGO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OUIGO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "OUIGO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch OUIGO.

Fix OUIGO unable to contact server/ OUIGO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click OUIGO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got OUIGO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OUIGO on android.
