How to fix Workspot app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Workspot app on iPhone
Update Workspot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Workspot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Workspot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Workspot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Workspot Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Workspot not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Workspot App
1. On android, goto Settings » Workspot » click [Force Stop]

Update Workspot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Workspot App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Workspot » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Workspot.

Fix Workspot unable to contact server/ Workspot internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Workspot » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Workspot » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Workspot
