When I use the SAS App to select seats and baggage it works until I try to pay for the selections with a credit card. Then I get a message that the payment was unsuccessful. How to fix SAS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SAS app on iPhone
Update SAS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SAS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SAS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SAS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SAS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SAS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SAS App
1. On android, goto Settings » SAS » click [Force Stop]

Update SAS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SAS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SAS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SAS.

Fix SAS unable to contact server/ SAS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SAS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SAS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SAS
