Since I have updated my iPhone 13 to ISO 16.3.1, the connection message comes up telling me to reload after 30 seconds on my phone and iPad. Please can you help?

When raiding other bases screen turning white and freezing up….dr.t works great attacking…but regular bases to raid can’t…didn’t do this till after update….???????????? I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling…didn’t help….
