How to fix Boom Beach app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Boom Beach app on iPhone
Update Boom Beach app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Boom Beach iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Boom Beach on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Boom Beach network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Boom Beach Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Boom Beach not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Boom Beach App
1. On android, goto Settings » Boom Beach » click [Force Stop]

Update Boom Beach to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Boom Beach App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Boom Beach » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Boom Beach.

Fix Boom Beach unable to contact server/ Boom Beach internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Boom Beach » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Boom Beach » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Boom Beach
