How to fix RESASOL app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RESASOL app on iPhone
Update RESASOL app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RESASOL iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RESASOL on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RESASOL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RESASOL Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RESASOL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RESASOL App
1. On android, goto Settings » RESASOL » click [Force Stop]

Update RESASOL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RESASOL App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RESASOL » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RESASOL.

Fix RESASOL unable to contact server/ RESASOL internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RESASOL » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RESASOL » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
