Five Stars for Effort
It's fantastic to have your helpdesk at your fingertips. It's an invaluable application if you use HappyFox. I would like to see the ability to create tickets in the future. I have seen a few bugs. I'm running iOS 6.1.4 on my iPhone 4S. Anytime I look at the extended customer information the app crashes.
