Needs to be updated

The last update to HappyFoxHelpdesk was a year ago. HappyFoxHelpdesk constantly needs to be logged out of and back in to in order to view tickets. The views and organization of HappyFoxHelpdesk do not match the web version, nor are they the same between the iPhone/iPad. The entire interface needs to be rewritten to provide more consistency with the web version. In addition, the iPhone app needs to be updated to support the larger size iPhone screens. Finally when using HappyFoxHelpdesk on the iPad, and connected to WiFi, the list of tickets will constantly refresh every time you roam between WiFi access points. This is very problematic when trying to update a ticket while waking as the interface will hang on the response.

App works great, but I wish it didn’t automatically log you out requiring you to input your credentials again

One missing field

I wish it had the task field, otherwise, I think HappyFoxHelpdesk is great. It occasionally freezes on my iPhone. Works great on iPad.

Notifications work

HappyFoxHelpdesk fails open tickets after running for a while and requires a log off/login to work again. Sorting tickets is subpar. I would like to be able to see the tickets in my queue without all the closed tickets. At least the notifications work.

Mobile App is a bust, HF is Desktop ONLY

The team and I love the HF Desktop version especially with the new upgrades. HF works great with Shopify and integrates with Ring calling center. It’s unfortunate HappyFoxHelpdesk isn’t up to the same Caliber as it’s Desktop version. Hopefully HF will upgrade in the near future.

Can’t get worse than this app!

Can confirm this is the worst app I’ve ever used. Whoever made this should be ashamed of themselves. It always logs itself out, then you need to uninstall and reinstall HappyFoxHelpdesk and log back in. What kind of garbage is that.

Used to work, now useless

This used to work but it seems they updated it and now it fails to return any results and searching just gives an error. Totally useless.

HappyFoxHelpdesk only shows the notifications and always fails when you try to check the tickets

Looks good, crashes

The sort button kills HappyFoxHelpdesk . Very flawed execution. Company should be a standard field for requesters. Lack of features makes it too limited to use.

App was working well, but has been unable to load any tickets in this version ever since.

Desperately needs an update.

HappyFoxHelpdesk is nice in that it functions as an alert for replies and new tickets, but the UI and overall usability of HappyFoxHelpdesk is a poor experience. Please update!

Five Stars for Effort

It's fantastic to have your helpdesk at your fingertips. It's an invaluable application if you use HappyFox.

I would like to see the ability to create tickets in the future.

I have seen a few bugs. I'm running iOS 6.1.4 on my iPhone 4S. Anytime I look at the extended customer information HappyFoxHelpdesk crashes.

Worked much better before the current update

The current update made it all but impossible to find your own tickets and to manage you're queue. This was easy to do in the previous version, but this new update has made HappyFoxHelpdesk more difficult to use in favor of what appear to be only cosmetic changes. I'm really hoping the company realizes this and brings back the old functionality.

Allows for all the same functionality as their site, but in an easy to use mobile format.

Use it daily and could not live without.

We use HF for our client's support management and I use this daily to keep on top of tickets wherever I am. Great tool and keep making the improvements to make it better.

Good app

New to Happy Fox, and like the simplicity vs Zen Desk.

I think the desktop site itself is great, and easy to use.

HappyFoxHelpdesk itself works well for checking, responding to and updating tickets. It would be nice to be able to perform more admin functions and access/edit the knowledge base. Not a necessity but nice to have.

It appears to me that the issues brought up in previous reviews have been addressed.

Meh

HappyFoxHelpdesk signs you out constantly, so you have to re-type your username and password every couple days. Pain to switch back and forth between your password manager and HappyFoxHelpdesk . Many functions aren't accessible from HappyFoxHelpdesk either. Like many apps, not worth the trouble... Just use the web interface from your phone instead.
