Elite Cuisine Service Department

I was put in charge of creating a service (All coffee equipment) department for my company. I needed a program that had a rough foundation for me to build on & MHelp Desk was just what the doctor ordered. We had over 1000 coffee machines & dozens of models out in the field. This program allowed me to creat service tickets, invoicing, inventory of all stock everywhere & a customer history for all staff to utilize. It was a lot of work in the beginning. But, the help staff at MHelp Desk were always available to give assistant. I’m very please with the service I’ve been provided.

Looks good so far

So far, the only thing that I’ve noticed is that the app won’t rotate to Landscape orientation. I utilize an IPad Pro with a keyboard, and the only way to read anything is in the Landscape orientation. It would be great to be able to have it go to either orientation via personal choice of the user.

Great program, app is getting better.

this app is great. The app still has issues from time to time with search bars not allowing you to select them and you have to be pretty savvy to navigate the app. Overall highly recommended.
