How to fix Porcelanosa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Porcelanosa app on iPhone
Update Porcelanosa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Porcelanosa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Porcelanosa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Porcelanosa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Porcelanosa Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Porcelanosa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Porcelanosa App
1. On android, goto Settings » Porcelanosa » click [Force Stop]

Update Porcelanosa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Porcelanosa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Porcelanosa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Porcelanosa.

Fix Porcelanosa unable to contact server/ Porcelanosa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Porcelanosa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Porcelanosa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
