My Fry’s app always worked til now. When I open it, it says time to update. I press the update app and it’s says app not available! This app is not available in your country. I have a Canadian phone and have used the Fry app for many years. Why can’t I use now?

I had the card and was able to get digital deals Then one day it stopped When I tried to get the app It would not let me I spent several hours on 2 separate days with customer service No help My Safeway app works Just fine I have stopped shopping at Frys Because of this

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Fry's app issues:

Force Stop the Fry's App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Fry's app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Fry's to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fry's App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Fry's app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Fry's.

Fix Fry's unable to contact server/ Fry's internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Fry's » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Fry's » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
