the app has always worked but for some reason the rectangular box appears on the screen but it dosen't scan ?
The New York State lottery app ticket scanner never works because they want you to go back to a retailer and buy more tickets. The app in Florida works every single time instantly. This is a huge scam, it’s obvious.
When I do a barcode scan, on a DoubleTriple Cashword Ticket, I receive an error that says 404: This Device is unable to access system right now. Please try again later. —Only with this ticket, all other scans went through.
The "scan ticket" portion of your app is not working and has not worked for over a year now. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max which is the best phone I've ever had and still your app is broken. Fix the "scan ticket" function on the app. If you need to right a separate "scan ticket' app to download that is only for SCANNING TICKETS then do that. But fix the problem. Their should be a working ticket scanner app for iPhone for NY Lottery!!!! This has gone on way too long.

The app for scanning hasn’t worked in months. Always says working on it. Last month app said new format coming in September. The scanner for scratch offs works Lotto etc. doesn’t work.
