Hi. We have 3 unuts JXLCam at home and I have been trying to connect them to wifi since yesterday but cannot. Everytime I tried to add AP Camera then tried to click next after wifi details 2.4ghz is filled automatically, the apps will lag and crash. Please help

How to fix JXLCAM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the JXLCAM app on iPhone
Update JXLCAM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall JXLCAM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix JXLCAM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve JXLCAM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

JXLCAM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix JXLCAM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the JXLCAM App
1. On android, goto Settings » JXLCAM » click [Force Stop]

Update JXLCAM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear JXLCAM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » JXLCAM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart JXLCAM.

Fix JXLCAM unable to contact server/ JXLCAM internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click JXLCAM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto JXLCAM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JXLCAM
