Hi. We have 3 unuts JXLCam at home and I have been trying to connect them to wifi since yesterday but cannot. Everytime I tried to add AP Camera then tried to click next after wifi details 2.4ghz is filled automatically, the apps will lag and crash. Please help

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent JXLCAM app issues:

Force Stop the JXLCAM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click JXLCAM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update JXLCAM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear JXLCAM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "JXLCAM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch JXLCAM.

Fix JXLCAM unable to contact server/ JXLCAM internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click JXLCAM » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got JXLCAM » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JXLCAM on android.
