Can not activate card so I'm canceling it thank you
I have lost my rewards card how do I locate my number or get a new one?
Caught in a loop. Go to link the card and wants my password. I put it in and I get a message wrong password. But I logged in with the password.
When I played the 31 days of December I recieved an OOPS something went wrong please contact reply@redacted to recieve your prize. So thats what I'm doing. Thank you, Cathy Chaika
I got my card so every 10th time I purchased a drink my next was free. I'm at 21 + because 3 times there reward card reader didn't work and when I got to my 10th they say it doesn't show on 20th there system wasn't working always one excuse after another Are you still doing that on reward cards or not

This is app ok. There are many issues with redemptions. Especially when redeeming prizes that are won through Promotional games. There are store scanning issues and most of the time the cashiers will not honor the promotions. I was given Circle K cash in an attempt to make right the issues with redeeming prizes and that didn’t even work. I had two separate coupons for free items and the free items were rung up against the Circle K cash, giving me cash, which did not allow me to fully redeem the Circle K cash. There’s a promotion under the Deals for $2 off any Click and Collect order, however when I attempt to use the promotion, it’s not applied to the cart. Also, when using the Click and Collect area of the app, using the back arrow while browsing in the app takes you all the way back to the very beginning of the Click and Collect page. When filling out the “feedback” form in the app, users receive a response to call a 1800 for assistance, something I’m don’t have time to do. This app also times out a lot when scrolling or clicking on deals or different sections of the app. It would also be helpful to have expiration dates for promotions and coupons in the app. Nice idea, but interface needs to be improved.

I have 487 notifications according to app however when I try to view them, it shows there are none. Everyday the number goes higher. No way to erase it except to delete the app. As it’s a complete waste of time since rewards never work, I’m deleting. When free 12 days of Christmas we’re going on, only 2 days total was I able to receive anything. I went to store however clerk said they don’t always scan-they hadn’t run out, just don’t scan sometimes. I’ve been emailed a $2. anniversary reward and $2. birthday reward. Neither loaded to card. Store staff can’t help, they can see them as being available however they can’t figure out how to get them to work. According to staff, corporate will be unreachable. Store reward of buy 10 m&m’s get 11th free doesn’t work among many others. I bought 2 packs, 1 should’ve been free, not only wasn’t it free but my total purchases went to 0 out of 10 purchased. Staff states this happens all the time and that even they can’t reach corporate easily. Frustrating waste of time

Do not even waste your time with this sad excuse of an app. For a company so large, this app is beyond pathetic. It is only valid in a dozen states, once you make an account you CANNOT delete your data or profile. When you try it gives you an option to say no thank you but will still save your data regardless. The deals are garbage the app is clunky and not user friendly. The competitors are significantly more advanced with nationwide support and far superior deals and reward programs. Seriously, do NOT download this app, don’t create an account, and if you are not heeding this warning I suggest you read both the terms of service and privacy policy beforehand. Your information will be shared and sold to outside companies and if you like spam and junk mail then by all means go ahead. This app is garbage and the developers should feel ashamed and disgusted by the lack of quality of this product. You have lost a customer, congrats.
