Easy Rewards (CK) Reviews

This is app ok. There are many issues with redemptions. Especially when redeeming prizes that are won through Promotional games. There are store scanning issues and most of the time the cashiers will not honor the promotions. I was given Circle K cash in an attempt to make right the issues with redeeming prizes and that didn’t even work. I had two separate coupons for free items and the free items were rung up against the Circle K cash, giving me cash, which did not allow me to fully redeem the Circle K cash. There’s a promotion under the Deals for $2 off any Click and Collect order, however when I attempt to use the promotion, it’s not applied to the cart. Also, when using the Click and Collect area of EasyRewardsCK , using the back arrow while browsing in EasyRewardsCK takes you all the way back to the very beginning of the Click and Collect page. When filling out the “feedback” form in EasyRewardsCK , users receive a response to call a 1800 for assistance, something I’m don’t have time to do. EasyRewardsCK also times out a lot when scrolling or clicking on deals or different sections of EasyRewardsCK . It would also be helpful to have expiration dates for promotions and coupons in EasyRewardsCK . Nice idea, but interface needs to be improved.

To sign up for easy pay you have to have a physical card and register it to your account. But you can only pay if you have the card on you at the pump. There should be an option to pay directly from your app in case you lose or forget your card. Also, I signed up cause there is an awesome perk of 30 cents off for the first 60 days or 100 gallons of gas. When you use your card at the pump the price doesn’t reflect those savings - you have to wait and watch your bank account to see it. You also have no way of knowing how many gallons you have redeemed out of the 100 or how many days you have left of your promotion. ALL of these things should be available in EasyRewardsCK , or at minimum by email when you use the card. Why even have your easy pay number available in EasyRewardsCK if it’s just there to look at? You can’t do anything with it! Unless there is an update before my promo is over I’m gonna go back to the other gas station by the house. Please provide a better user experience if you want to draw me in with your loyalty program.

I have 487 notifications according to app however when I try to view them, it shows there are none. Everyday the number goes higher. No way to erase it except to delete EasyRewardsCK . As it’s a complete waste of time since rewards never work, I’m deleting. When free 12 days of Christmas we’re going on, only 2 days total was I able to receive anything. I went to store however clerk said they don’t always scan-they hadn’t run out, just don’t scan sometimes. I’ve been emailed a $2. anniversary reward and $2. birthday reward. Neither loaded to card. Store staff can’t help, they can see them as being available however they can’t figure out how to get them to work. According to staff, corporate will be unreachable. Store reward of buy 10 m&m’s get 11th free doesn’t work among many others. I bought 2 packs, 1 should’ve been free, not only wasn’t it free but my total purchases went to 0 out of 10 purchased. Staff states this happens all the time and that even they can’t reach corporate easily. Frustrating waste of time

I do a lot of traveling and I wish to find something that could always give me extra perks. Well. I have found that the Easy Pat rewards links to your bank account. Once you use your easy pay rewards card from circle K it takes a few days to post onto your bank account. With that being said it’s good for some of those who needs a few extra days for money to be settled right. It’s not so good if you don’t budget correctly and it posts after you thought it already came out. I’m earning an extra 30cents off per gallon for the first 100 gallons or 60 days which ever comes first and so far I’m nothing less of excited to see the extra perks that comes along with this!

Do not even waste your time with this sad excuse of an app. For a company so large, EasyRewardsCK is beyond pathetic. It is only valid in a dozen states, once you make an account you CANNOT delete your data or profile. When you try it gives you an option to say no thank you but will still save your data regardless. The deals are garbage EasyRewardsCK is clunky and not user friendly. The competitors are significantly more advanced with nationwide support and far superior deals and reward programs. Seriously, do NOT download EasyRewardsCK, don’t create an account, and if you are not heeding this warning I suggest you read both the terms of service and privacy policy beforehand. Your information will be shared and sold to outside companies and if you like spam and junk mail then by all means go ahead. EasyRewardsCK is garbage and the developers should feel ashamed and disgusted by the lack of quality of this product. You have lost a customer, congrats.

I’m not sure I completely understand the rewards program. I filled up three or four times now and when I go to my homepage there are no rewards or points totals or anything like that showing and I’m not sure how to get to that. Another thing I’m confused about is where you link your cards. There are two cards that you can link, and easy pay card and an easy rewards card. I’ve been to a couple of CIRCLE K‘s and they say that the easy pay card is the only one they have, so I’m just confused if I’ve got to find a rewards card to link as well to be able to receive rewards and points. I signed up for my easy pay, which was aggravating. I used it once at the pump, worked fine...I tried to add my existing card to EasyRewardsCK and it will not allow me too. I don’t have a normal rewards card just my fuel card and I’m not getting any points for fuel. Also I went in the store and tried to use my easy pay car at the register and it gave the “bank invalid” message...so I had to use my debit card...again no points. This is aggravating. Good idea but terrible execution. How do I add my card to EasyRewardsCK without having to register a new card. And can I not use my card in the store like the Minuteman Debt Pay Card?

I just downloaded by referral from a friend. So we shall see!
Well I guess I’m still trying to navigate through EasyRewardsCK . To be continued...
UPDATE: EasyRewardsCK is actually pretty easy for the most part. Great deals on allot of things in the store as well as EasyRewardsCK . I’ve won something 3 times already and I’ve not had EasyRewardsCK all that long. I also Essenes a free water for downloading EasyRewardsCK itself. It has a fun game that you can play daily and other products have sweepstakes on there too. I give it two thumbs up and I’ll be looking forward to more Ames and different things to do and more great deals!! Keep up the good work! KUDOS!

I would say the best thing going for Circle K for me is the fresh ground coffee and the gas prices with the card. But EasyRewardsCK doesn’t work when I hit locations it tells me turn on location in settings and it is but EasyRewardsCK doesn’t work. So I just went here instead. Not that I have said what I like and don’t like I want someone to know this. There are two stores in Middlefield Ohio. One has a gas station the other doesn’t. Everything good about the store with gas station is wrong at the other store. The clerks are to busy taking breaks and customers are in the way. The clerk who waited on me Thursday June 5 in his dreads piled on his head rang up my purchase never asked for reward card and before I got it out he finished the sale and I didn’t get my credit. I sat outside and watched the two clerks take turns going outside for about a half an hour. It’s a circus

I have followed direction and have almost every time have not received the discounts or the point that their deals as advertised! I have pushed the deals gone to register within time slotted , scanned my id card on app and only once or twice have i gotten any discounts at all. What a scam
Update:
Just got the large M&Ms and got the free Maltees candy ( even though i don't like them) when i got outside i looked at my receipt . I was charged $1.99 for them! I went in and was told “the store does not have that system yet” i ask for a return and was told “ they do not give refunds or returns” i had bought these less than 5 min ago, but no she cant do it! Mind you she was wearing a Managers badge , but she cant make a return for ab item that was only purchased because it was advertised for FREE. Straight out FRAUD

EasyRewardsCK works at times and then stops. As of today, my phone number does not work with the Summer Sweepstakes. It has worked for the the previous 6 days. Exceedingly frustrating with it freezing up at Sign in balance.

it turns out the Summer Sweepstakes would not work through the web g goor me. I dealt with Customer service and the Summer Sweepstakes is now working on the web and app. They, nor I, have a as my idea why is started working again

I received a FuelRewards card at the store on E Wabash Ave. in Terre Haute, In. I could not get the card to active. So I called the phone number and supposedly get it activated. I have read that I get 5 cents off the first few fill ups. I have also read that I get 10 cents off for 3 months. I used the card and get 5 cents off. I was told by the cashier, I should have gotten 10 cents off per gallon. I even linked my bank card with this account.
I do not like the run around I get from using this so called rewards program. I want to know how to opt out of your scam “as I see it “!! I do not see any rewards points on this account. Please notify me of how to unregister my bank card. Which I cannot find anywhere. Not a good way to screw over a loyal customer. I visit this store5-6 times a week. I usually pay cash.

I have done all that the cashiers have told me to do, removing app and reinstalling, logging out and signing back in, looking for a number to call in the help section, and still cannot redeem my rewards for certain promotions I have sent many feedbacks about this problem and still cannot redeem the selected rewards promotion ends the end of December and will likely lose all earned rewards because no number to call for support and app does not work properly please fix Thank you

EasyRewardsCK doesn’t work right anymore neither does getting free rewards I’ve lost 4 sodas towards my free one I’ve lost points I lost $1.50 today in gas bc the pump and app wouldn’t give me the free 15 cents a gallon I won off from EasyRewardsCK so I wouldn’t recommend EasyRewardsCK till it’s fixed and they give me the $1.50 they stole from me I can legally report you guys for stealing bc u stole $1.50 from me but it’s not worth it I’ll just shop somewhere else n recommend others do to till EasyRewardsCK if fixed n I’m given my money back just tried another circle k same problem now they owe me $3 what a rip off they r becoming lying and stealing from customers and the employees where rude at both locations

I’d like to say “Thank You”! It’s a real treat to be able to actually use points and win items. Other apps or stores say you earn points but you never get to spend them the way you want to instead they might send you a coupon as they sell your information to other retailers. It’s nice to have the opportunity to decide if I want my information sold or not! I also LOVE the the 31 days of chances to win prizes. Thank you, Circle K

There is always a good deal. Love that it’s always good deals and it’s good deals. Deals that I like. My husband gets fountain drinks all day everyday. Grand babies love the toys that have candy in it. Love all the buy 2 get 1 free or buy one get one free. Cashiers at the store that I go to right down the road from my house are always nice and in great spirits and always greet you and ask how you are. They make sure that you know the deals. I’ve had EasyRewardsCK running for years and really appreciate the frequent free products that come from scanning my barcode account.
Today I got a push notification to update EasyRewardsCK and after doing so, EasyRewardsCK kept force quitting. I called Circle K support and spoke with a great Tech-Rep who walked me through a simple reload of EasyRewardsCK and everything began working again.
Great job Tech-Rep and thanks for your sense on humor that made the call a positive experience.

I've been loyal to the card, but your lack of foresight or integration with Apple Wallet/Pay may be the end of my using it.

*** EasyRewardsCK needs Apple Wallet/Passbook/Pay integration. So annoying to have to open EasyRewardsCK to have clerk scan my Rewards/Easy Pay card, then have to close it, lock my iPhone and double tap and hold home button to open Apple Wallet to use Apple Pay.***

The rest of EasyRewardsCK is average but also lacks ability to tap on the stores phone number to make a call. Have to open phone app and remember number.

EasyRewardsCK is very useful to tell what deals are available and where you are at for the rewards but when you are at the stores to use your reward card for identifying your account for discounts It Takes Forever To Load causing customers to form lines behind you. Also in order to get the discounts on certain items you still have to enter your phone number on the lift screens or you don’t get it. Some drivethrus don’t have lifts!

I downloaded EasyRewardsCK to sign up for easy pay and nothing else. It is impossible to sign up through EasyRewardsCK . It directs you to the website to sign up. Once on the website you have two options enroll or sign in. I tried to sign up for a new easy pay account. It says email in use. So I tried to sign in with the email I used for EasyRewardsCK . It lets you sign in but then makes you link your reward card. It will not link no matter how many times you try. Unless I’m an idiot and there’s some other card number other than the barcode that it tells you to scan in EasyRewardsCK it doesn’t work.

I went in and bought my cigarettes and thought instead of going back and standing in such a long line. Knowing there are 2 registers that they ALWAYS only run 1. I prepaid for my polar pop with my cigarettes. I go to get my soda there was no sorry out of service on the Dr. pepper. I won’t drink anything else. I went back to get a refund and was told they don’t refund your money. I usually now pay .10 higher and go to the gas station next door that has yet to fail me for a cup, ice, lid, straw or most of all they are NEVER out of anything you go in for. Shows the difference between the good manager and someone they hire or place in the circle -k at that time. I would rather order to much then never enough it being my #1 seller. Exspecially when there are games on certain dates that the employees know they are going to have more people there due to these football games or baseball games. I would love to be the manager there just 1 month and show them how it should be ran. Specially when there’s a line clear to freezer Dept and the other employees stand there talking. Also why can’t they keep a clean wet rag behind the counter to clean the wet sticky soda from getting on your nice clothes or purses while your paying. It’s not really that hard to keep the counter clean. It really isn’t!!

I go win and half the time I can’t get my rewards because it will not connect to the server.
And I don’t understand if my card is scanned why does it not on a medically give me the dollar off for my cigarettes, I have to push in my phone number for that to happen. That needs to be addressed with all the complaints. I am in there every day sometimes it allows me to check in and other times I can’t.

I’m in one of 2 Circle K every weekday morning getting coffee on my way to work. I thought EasyRewardsCK would be great to start earning me points towards my coffee ( and other) purchases. Tried scanning the in app barcode before, in the middle of, heck even after paying for whatever I’ve bought, and my point balance is still sitting at a big, shiny ZERO....which is exactly how many stars I would give EasyRewardsCK if that was an option.

PS-I am in Florida, there are 6 Circle K stores within five miles of my house, and not one person in any of these stores can tell me how to get a physical rewards card, either.

I love EasyRewardsCK. I got to circle k every single day. But i really wish you would put more deals on her for Marlboro and especially 305’s. Also deals for candy and soda mostly the 12-18 packs of cans. Other than that I love EasyRewardsCK and have no complaints just asking for you to add a little more coupons for us. Thank you for being such an amazing store!!!!!!

Need a few better deals. More free things would get people into the store it does me I know that even if its a water once in a while. 2 pack of gum. Somthing different each month. Maybe a free candy bar or a free pop. Cheaper things. But I believe you would get more business. Every body likes free. That's my opinion. Thanks

They are doing the 12 days of Christmas giveaway’s which is great. we had a free Milky Way today that we were going to get after church and I promised my daughter we would get it today at the store. But every time I try to pull up the coupon it said the site was in active and we could not pull up the coupon. I consider this a big fail because it’s a 12 days of Christmas giving and I cannot pull my coupon to get my one day of giving. Some kind of improvement has to be done.
