This banking app is more than a hassle. It’s buggy, slow and is not maintained good.

Even though I’ve set in-app preferences to NOT send me notifications AT ALL, it sends their marketing notifications all the time, and then complains that my notification settings are disabled. Such a stupid thing to do.

Moreover the support link on the AppStore takes you to a general help page on the bank website. This shows how much this app is dedicated to their digital presence. Sad.

In the name of a minimalist design, exluding a very basic account statement with running balance is unacceptable. Akbank is not a toy, or a social gathering place. It is there to conduct financial transactions. Depriving users from the most basic form of a statement is at the least irresponsible. this app should re-discover it's roots

Past couple of days App stuck on home page without opening.

Incredible stupid bank with more than 5 million customers and doesn’t think one of them night be abroad.

Akbank blocked me from accessing my own account after i deposited money and wanted move it elsewhere and it suggests me to go nearest this app Branch.

I’m Brooklyn/NYC and you can track that from within Akbank , but yet suggesting me to go nearest branch. Well done!

Why we don’t see updates for Akbank like touch ID and face ID??

With Akbank there is no need to go bank. Akbank is the bank itself:) but it wont work with older versions of ios so if app works fine do not update it.

i suggest add Arabic language and more gsm packages (Turkcell ses).

This is how a bank app should be , it even offers brokerage accounts build-in. Even in USA there’s no bank and app like this.

this app is one of the leading banking in Turkey I am glad to say I have being using this bank for five years so far with a lot of ATM you just enjoy the service.
