there are lots of things that makes average user annoyed by IdramIDBank.
Every time asking to turn on notifications its very annoying

If this is reviewed by developers, i do not want to sound rude, but shame on you for this kind of buggy app, specially international card processing. The whole idea of old edram before it became idram was about paying utilities and other things for people outside armenia for their homes and other things.
If this is reviewed by business team. I would suggest you to find a better IT lead PM not someones brother, sister or anyone who has no id about development and testing of a product before deploying it.

The worst company ever do not use IdramIDBank and those dummies also save your self aggravation

Need to make a payment today, and it won’t show my loans. Unstable, unreliable.

Why we can’t send money to a friend from USA to Armenia ? I am US citizen I don’t have Armenian passport Why always anything related to Armenia is hard or confusing or doesn’t work ?

App has a lot of bugs. Works slowly, allows double transactions. Customer service is not competent at all. Definitely not recommended!

I spent half a day with the customer service trying to attach an american card to IdramIDBank . Even after uploading passport scan and upgrading to Premium Plus, card won’t work with IdramIDBank . Customer service wouldn’t admit that there’s an issue. Apparently I’m not the only one facing the problem. Useless!

Obviously, IdramIDBank was never tested by those who developed it. It's impossible to attach a bank card and it asks for "verification" without providing any instructions on how and where to make it.

Where is NFC? Why have you removed it, it doesnt cost anything to you, but was really good function, pls bring back the NFC. Also
The new update is not good, I like the previous design where the wallet and the card balance were visible on top.

I tried to attach several US cards to my account none of them went through for no reason. I contacted the customer service they were messaging me back and forth for 2 hours, still couldn’t solve the problem. They had no idea what’s the problem or didn’t have motivation to solve it.
It’s disappointing that in 21st century when technology rules the world, its still poor quality in Armenia. You guys need to jump on the problem and solve it, get it done. Messaging me for 2 hours is not the right way.

I hope someone from business or development team reads this and does something about this. 2years a go around new year some change were made to IdramIDBank and since than adding money from international card is impossible on IdramIDBank . I have to go to the website to add money and success page comes as 404 not found. But at least when i see the 404 I know i got the money added.
Please fix on IdramIDBank top-up function for US cards.
Also, after so many years, why would you not implement auto bill pay, so i do not have to login every month on specific day to pay my bills like electrical, gas, water and so on.
I have used edram when it just came out and since I wish they made it easier, but so far we billing is not a priority. please work on this. Otherwise people are going to look for alternatives.

New design is very bad. Not tested at all. Please test it or return us the old version

Very disappointed with IdramIDBank. ok its good when you can pay all your utilities and bills via idram in one place. But the big bad think is, that, if you want to pay from outside of Armenia from international card (visa or other ), first you have to becaome a premium plus member, and if you don't have an armenian card or passport or id card you cant do it. let say I am living in the Usa and have only Usa passport and have a house in yerevan, I have to go armenia to their main office for identification proces. They just told me this, very funny.

In the banking section of IdramIDBank , I could see expenses of the ID card but I cannot see where I spent my money I mean the name of the seller companies. If you add that funcrionality that would be much better.

its good but grouping could be improved. I have multiple accounts from the same provider and in the groip i can distinguish them only by the account number but im constantly forgetting which is which. Would be good to have a capability to add an additional note for the grouped item if needed

IdramIDBank is overall good but it didn’t recognize my face while taking selfie for identification.

it will be cool if you make a feature that can let me pay using my apple watch, i live in armenia and the wallet app doesnt work for me like it would work in usa for example so i want to have a possibility to pay from my watch :)

The new version was great. They added new features like NFC and QR payments. New design is amazing.

It’s an incredible app, it’s like an Armenian Apple Pay and much more, easy to use for utility and all kind of payments! Developers are genius! Works better than perfect) Try and you’ll love it. I Thank Developers every time I use it for delivering such a great product.

Very comfortable app! Wish you will add Apple Watch support for NFC payments!!!
