I have a problem with Sports Team Connect

- No calendar on opening page to view all team schedules at once

- Notes section does not format correctly in app and does not get added when subscribing to calendar

- App has had issues with showing roster and notes for the past month

- Unable to edit events and email notifications are not sent out automatically

- Unable to scroll through notes in app and information is not visibly displayed when updating notes

- Push notifications are generic and do not provide specific information about the message

- App has limited functionality and does not retain inputs for player scheduling

- App ends session by itself and is generally underdeveloped compared to other similar apps.

To resolve Sports Team Connect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Sports Team Connect App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sports Team Connect » click [Force Stop]

Clear Sports Team Connect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sports Team Connect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sports Team Connect.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sports Team Connect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sports Team Connect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
