Will not open
Team app keeps logging me out. I log in, access my teams, then when I go back onto the app, I have to sign in again. This could minutes or hours of closing the app then going back in. It happens every time.
I am trying to search a new group to join and when I type the name of the group or a portion of the name no options pop up. After I hit search nothing comes up. Can you please help. Thank you, Lauren

We are getting an error message when trying to RSVP to a schedule item. Error message says Oops, something went wrong. Sorry your access is Newcastle Dragon hunters. You dont have access to this section.
Can’t access ‘Settings’
I have annoying background that starts when using the App and I can not find a way to switch it off. The music continues even when I have closed the App.
Why can’t some of my team see content in access group?
Any message I type in the chat gets the error message that it's too long, regardless of the number of characters. This is preventing me from getting messages out to my teams.
I've Uninstaller, reinstalled, still can't open "chats" . Using android.
My daughter successfully downloaded the app and found her team. When she requests to join, she gets an oops something wrong wrong message.

When I open it, only flickers and has no functionality. I have uninstalled it, restarted my phone and reinstalled it. Same issue. I have tried this several times. I have a Samsung Galaxy - it worked fine until 1 or 2 weeks ago (02/2023).
I am admin for our team. I have been logged out - not by me and can’t get back in. Have had to request access but as I’m admin not sure how that’s going to work!
I have repeatedly uploaded two files to a folder in Documents and whilst they appear on my laptop they do not appear on my iPad or iPhone.

On 8/29/22, chats and push notifications were delayed in sending/posting by about 5 hours. Notifications put into app around 1:50pm were not posing until between 6-7pm that night. This was not just a couple of people, but I got messages from many members that this is when they got their messages. Was there a specific problem yesterday? or is this a recurrent issue

When I try to pull it up on my phone it glitches (on, off,on,off really quickly). So much that I can't press any buttons or see anything.
