Something is very wrong with the app I need help asap I can’t read my teams info!

Hi I try and read the team chat, and it won’t let me scroll it just glitches then either stays where it was, or goes to the top. I can’t read messages. Help

RSVPs cannot be seen on iPhones

The app is no longer posting any scheduled events for me but my wife being the primary account holder is receiving the events. Please let me know how to get this fixed

I am an admin for the sports engine for Howe Sound Minor Ball. We are having an issue with a parent who has two profiles, one for her and one for her childs father and they both have her email. They changed the email on their profile but they cant seem to get the accounts to function properly, the dad is a coach. Could you help with this issue? Thank you

the whole screen is white. it looks like i am logged in but i cannot see anything on the screen. the app and website have been terribly corrupt this season and just continuous problems on website and app. please fix

for the past 24 hours the app won't load, but on the computer tried three different browers (chrome, internet explorer, etc) but get this message. Some things work, but team page, etc. does not Application Error The server that sends information to this application is not responding. Try again later!

App crashes immediately. Deleted and reinstalled. Powered off phone. It’s not working at all. I see I’m not the only one this is happening to. Please fix!

Can’t add teams. I search and find the team then when I select it just ‘spins’ and never loads. I have two kids set as guardian. I have removed the app reinstalled it. Logged in with another account and the same thing happens. Apple iPhone 11.

I have downloaded the SportsEngine app several times now and uninstalled it because it won’t work. it flashes open and immediately closes. I am using an Iphone. I have restarted the phone as well and nothing seems to solve the issue. I’ve used this app before and this is the first time I’m experiencing this issue. Please advise how I can fix this. When I click on my SpotsEngine app it starts to open then immediately shuts off. I am unable to access at all.

I am getting notifications of messages in team chat, and I am getting notifications with a preview of the messages, but when I go in to the app, there are no messages at all so I am missing all the information being sent.

App opens then immediately closes.

App just immediately closes…. I have the newest IOS updates. I deleted and reloaded app. I have restarted my iPhone. Nothing works.

Attempting to download app and it just spins and has pending. Android phone and never ever had this issue. I’ve restarted my phone, canceled download and attempted twice more. Ugh!!
