Hi, my Teamsnap App on my Android phone (Version 8.0.0) is not launching since Feb 3. I have uninstalled App, and installed new App back onto my phone but it's still not working. Multiple times. Cannot launch App. Shuts down. Please advise.
There's a message saying I need an APP UPDATE and I'm not seeing where I update anything. Missing valuable chat information

Team chats will not load using data. Only wifi. I am using the latest android system on a Galaxy s22
When I try to change player status for an event, Team Snap say I don't have a network connection when I do. Re-installed it but same error message.

Hi, I can’t see the new chats in one of my teams. I have updated the newest version. When I go on the app to log out it doesn’t give me the option. I keep hitting more but nothing but ads come up.
App will not refresh, update teams, go to homepage, let me logout, nor will it let me delete to reinstall it. It’s creating massive problems.

I click on the app and it opens and then quickly closes. I have turned my phone off and on and even updated the app and it is still doing the same thing.

Upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro. Have latest iOS and TeamSnap. When I try to login through my email, as soon as I enter my password the app crashes
Team Snap iPhone app crashing and I can’t log on.
TeamSnap was workign fine, then on 5 October, it stopped retrieving any messages. I have a Pixel 6, and all updates are installed. I also had the app crash when trying to retrieve messages. I've reinstalled the app, let it retrieve messages as long as it "wants", rebooted my phone, all with no resolution. This is obviously a HUGE issue as I have 3 teams all using TeamSnap and I have no means to mass communicate!

When I click on the link to register and try to log in the orange screen flashes/flickers. I have to restart my phone to get out.
Our daughter was put on a new team and we accepted the invite. Now when we try to open the app it says there is an error? And won’t load the new team?
