App does not update score as it changes throughout the game

the my teams app which has been working for years stopped working and keeping telling me that it not connected to internet and check connection. The phone is connected to the internet and works fine with the other apps. I have done everything that I was told to do in previous correspondence and it still says not connected to the internet. Is it a problem on your end? Bowser is up to date, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, check connections, etc. Can you advise? thanks!!!

App will not load past the loading screen. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and turning off my phone. Cannot read articles or watch a baseball game that is happening now.

I have been trying to watch the Golden State Warriors live basketball game - the error message I continually get is: Sorry but this team's live video is not included with your cable package. Please advise

Force Stop the MyTeams App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyTeams app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyTeams app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
