Have tried all the Android troubleshooting and still cannot get the app to load. When I open the app it has a white screen with the logo in the middle and nothing happens, eventually it goes to a black screen. I have tried clearing the cache and data, force stopping, uninstalling and opening directly from the play store.

I have been trying to 2 days to add money to my son's lunch account. The app will not open and now he is in the negative and cannot get lunch at school. Everytime I click on the app, it just says my payments plus, and will not open for me to log in.

How to fix MyPaymentsPlus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyPaymentsPlus app on iPhone
Update MyPaymentsPlus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyPaymentsPlus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyPaymentsPlus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyPaymentsPlus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix MyPaymentsPlus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyPaymentsPlus App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyPaymentsPlus » click [Force Stop]

Update MyPaymentsPlus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyPaymentsPlus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyPaymentsPlus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyPaymentsPlus.

Fix MyPaymentsPlus unable to contact server/ MyPaymentsPlus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyPaymentsPlus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyPaymentsPlus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyPaymentsPlus
