Have tried rebooting Uninstaller app and reinstalling nothing working on my android. Need to pay for afterschool please help

Have tried all the Android troubleshooting and still cannot get the app to load. When I open the app it has a white screen with the logo in the middle and nothing happens, eventually it goes to a black screen. I have tried clearing the cache and data, force stopping, uninstalling and opening directly from the play store.

I have been trying to 2 days to add money to my son's lunch account. The app will not open and now he is in the negative and cannot get lunch at school. Everytime I click on the app, it just says my payments plus, and will not open for me to log in.
Common dislikes about MyPaymentsPlus app

- Does not work
- Slow and either loads a blank page or hangs
- Only way to get any functionality is to use the computer and choose to go back to the “classic” site
