Force Stop the Oracle BI App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Oracle BI app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Oracle BI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Oracle BI App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Oracle BI app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Oracle BI.
