The app acts like it’s coming on and then just a blue screen. I have restarted fire stick and emptied cache. Still not working. Help!

Paramount+ is not working on any of my devices. Total waste of money. I signed up in December 2022 for a year at half price and can't even get a refund. I've basically paid for nothing. Was able to watch for a month and then stopped working. Can't find a customer service phone number anywhere!

Issues: 1. Viewing progress of episodes is not updating on a single ATV or FireStick, or synced across multiple devices like Apple TV's (4k) or FireStick's 4K. Episode viewing progress use to update across all devices. All devices are up to date, have rebooted, and even tried deleting the app and re-installing. 2. After watching about 3 episodes of a show, app freezes with circular arrow when going to the next episode automatically. Have to reboot device to carry on. This is all VERY FRUSTRATING ! This has been going on for months.

I want to change how my monthly payment is managed.

cannot login, keeps prompting me to complete registration, i already have an account i got the same message when i attempted a password resset. appreciate any help. i do not want to ener credit card fot 1$ online help. regards Kevin McCormick

The app on my roku states "due to licensing restrictions, video is not available outside your country." I have been watching this show all day and can still access it when I watch it on my phone, but for some reason this message now pops up when I am trying to watch it on my roku app. Why? Thanks!

Please cancel my Paramount Plus. I am vision impaired and did not see cancelation fee.I live on Social Security Disability and have a very limited income.

Message I get to watch Mission Impossible Fallout using your app on my roku: "Due to licensing restrictions, video is not available outside your country." I was watching it until I had to leave. I am able to watch it on my laptop. Btw I am still in the U.S.A.

the app continually freezes then says "fatal error" I have tried closing then reopening this does not work most of the time. Very annoying!
