Hi whenever I try to color a pic, it says, “Response status code was unacceptable: 500 error” and it won’t load the coloring templates?!! What do I do? Please help!!

The app keeps shutting down ~ after coloring when I try to click on the advance link button that takes me to next page where the filters and outline options are the app freezes and then crashes.

The program keep shutting down. I will be working on a picture and it will just close losing every bit of coloring I have done on that pic. This is really frustrating. If I remember I will stop and save it as I go so I don’t lose everything. This shouldn’t be happening.

How to fix Recolor app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Recolor app on iPhone
Update Recolor app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Recolor iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Recolor on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Recolor network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Recolor Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Recolor not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Recolor App
1. On android, goto Settings » Recolor » click [Force Stop]

Update Recolor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Recolor App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Recolor » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Recolor.

Fix Recolor unable to contact server/ Recolor internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Recolor » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Recolor » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Recolor
