When I turn on my tv the cable box turns off. When I turn on my cable box the tv turns off.

Today, Spectum came out and fix the computor installed the new cable boc. Had a real good picture . I cut the Tv off and when I came back to see the news. I turned the Tv on and it was real snowy no picture, Please help I have been out since Friday.
