Uninstalled and reinstalled several times on my tcl tv and DisneyNOW still won’t load it keeps sending me back to my tv’s Home Screen

Common dislikes about DisneyNOW app
- Have to sign in with your tv provider to unlock all of the episodes
- No old episodes
- When a season ends it’s only up for a few days
- No parental lock to prevent a child from creating additional profiles
- Refuses to function properly at least for some families
