How to fix Episode app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Episode app on iPhone
Update Episode app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Episode iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Episode on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Episode network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Episode Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Episode not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Episode App
1. On android, goto Settings » Episode » click [Force Stop]

Update Episode to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Episode App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Episode » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Episode.

Fix Episode unable to contact server/ Episode internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Episode » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Episode » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
