I can not get TVOne App to show live stream shows on my android. My phone screen remains BLANK after I tap on the link for live streaming. It stopped working about a week ago and hasn't worked since. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app three times and still nothing!!

How to fix TVOne app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TVOne app on iPhone
Update TVOne app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TVOne iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TVOne on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TVOne network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TVOne Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TVOne not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TVOne App
1. On android, goto Settings » TVOne » click [Force Stop]

Update TVOne to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TVOne App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TVOne » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TVOne.

Fix TVOne unable to contact server/ TVOne internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TVOne » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TVOne » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TVOne
