It took 40 minutes to register for MyCincinnati with my agent (the password is too limited and phone number area is too small to see all numbers. All I can get are ID cards… I have those already. I just want to print my Dec pages. They are not on the policy page, only the ID cards are on the policy page. The renewal page has all of the info, but no print button. And all info (Policy, Dec pages, cards, etc.) are all loaded as if they are 1 file. I’d have to print a tree.

Latest update has made MyCincinnati useless. Once logged in none of the “buttons” work. Cannot access any functionality. I have erased app and redownloaded. Still nothing.

Would like to see a breakdown each individual vehicle total cost for insurance for the year

MyCincinnati is slow and not efficient, plus the graphics are very outdated.

Unable to click on any of the features on iPhone 12 Pro

Silly that MyCincinnati /site allows me to add my bill to Apple Wallet, but doesn’t have that feature for ID cards. Sharing ID cards amongst all drivers is much easier with Apple Wallet.

Your app updated itself and logged me out in the process. I couldn’t access my information when I needed to. Very frustrating.

Horrendous- my family all has to use the same login and password . So when person forgets and resets password all the others don’t have access. Livin in the 90s!

I downloaded MyCincinnati to streamline a roadside assistance request. I filled out all the required info and made it to the confirmation page which said the details of the service provider would be sent shortly. After 30 minutes and no details I called Cin directly and they said there was no record of a request. Make sure you follow up after you submit a request!

When I try to view my cards the screen is blank. I also tried updating my email address. It failed. I could not update phone number because instead of bringing up the keyboard, it brought up a screen for dialing phone numbers, which covered up the update button and would not go away.

Downloaded MyCincinnati , when I tried to register it said that the policy number was invalid, MyCincinnati was totally useless to me

You need to be able to upload photos through MyCincinnati in the situation of filing a claim. If I were in an accident one can’t upload pictures of the accident, other parties ID or insurance information.

The actual insurance is great, priced well, and covers everything I need. However MyCincinnati is weirdly barebones/old fashioned, and has one of the weirdest things I’ve experienced, which is that the bill is available to add to Apple wallet, but the insurance card isn’t. That doesn’t make too much sense.

Useless on my IPad as it does not work in landscape.

Great app! Hope you will add landscape mode for iPad!

Tried multiple times to log in and it keeps saying error, try again. Not worth the aggravation!

I am very sorry mpressed with MyCincinnati. You can view ID Cards, policy documents, submit several types of claims and even has driver behavior discount feature. Works great!
