I am unable to change reservation dates for this weekend coming. Keeps saying "unable to connect to the server".
For 2 weeks I've tried to book a hotel and when it pulls up room rates and I click to buy it starts over. Repeatedly:(
Every time I try to log in, my password is not recognized and I have to reset it. I have reset it 3 times and can access my account after each time. When I try to login again, it says my username or password is incorrect. Very frustrating.
Get message that it can’t connect to server. Happens online and in the app. Have tried deleting and reinstalling. Same problem

I have done all the troubleshooting steps and still cannot login to the app. As a diamond member, this is extremely frustrating!

Every time I try to go to choicehotels.com, in any browser, I get an "Access Denied" error.
Every since I tried to view a hotel room rate for senior, about 3 days ago. I have been getting a error msg every time I select find hotel. I have tried everyday rate & rewards booking and still get error msg. Is there a way to reset the app that I haven’t been to find. I use the app on my iPad. Thank You, Dave Paige
