How to fix MDacne app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MDacne app on iPhone
Update MDacne app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MDacne iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MDacne on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MDacne network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MDacne Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MDacne not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MDacne App
1. On android, goto Settings » MDacne » click [Force Stop]

Update MDacne to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MDacne App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MDacne » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MDacne.

Fix MDacne unable to contact server/ MDacne internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MDacne » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MDacne » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MDacne
