I just subscribed digitally and IT DOESN’T WORK! What the hell?!???
By Krisser63
UPDATE: Still can not get Jan. 2017 would love a refund for the last three issues I will not be able to read!! I have had this subscription for a couple years and all of a sudden I haven't been able to download the January issue for the last few weeks. I have gone through the Apple steps and contacted the magazine directly with no resolution. I found the most recent subscription and clicked report a problem (to Apple) & that leads to an error message from Apple. I have the subscription through March 2017 but it appears I will never get to see those three issues! Unsatisfied customer!

As a new subscriber, I've received my first print issue, but there is no access to the digital editions, even though their website still sells it that way! They'll certainly let u buy the issues that show up however, but why would it allow a "subscriber" to even buy digital issues when it's supposed to be included w the print subscription...makes no sense? All this nonsense is business as usual I suppose, remembering how things work in Hawaii. Buyers, do not subscribe if u want any form of a digital subscription!
