2 years agoI paid in full for a new subscription in the fall of last year. You cashed my check last year & I've yet to get an issue. What is going on and how can I resolve this? Thank you, Barbara

Ordered magazine with digital access and I am not able to log into app. Contacted customer service but no reply. Same thing happened last year and they never resolved it either. Thought maybe over 365 days they would have gotten better, but no. Worst customer service ever.

i’ve been a huge fan of Ree’s for years. her cookbooks are my go-to’s. i was so disappointed when i opened the app. all it is is an ad for her magazine, which i’d much rather have a paper copy of than read on a tiny screen. i was really hoping to find recipes and links to her items.

Giving this one star for now because I can’t log in. What’s the point of offering an online subscription with your print subscription if you can’t access the print subscription. Also not impressed with tech support and their lack of help.
