My controller is offline. According to the instructions, it says to keep device power on. What device is it referring to? My phone? Also, the app on my phone doesn't have an on /off, so my lights are on constantly. Can't shut them off. P presume it's due to the controller being offline. These lights have been hanging for a few years. I'd like better (step by step) instructions if they are available?
hi my magic home led lights were offline and i tried everything to reconnect it and i got so mad i deleted the device now i cannot connect to factory mode as the ledxxx wifi thing does not come up. my lights will not stop flashing different colours and i need help with fixing this. what would you recommend as i have literally tried everything i’ve even tried creating multiple different accounts and that still doesn’t work. my sister paid a lot of money for this as a gift to me and i’d really like to use them

Constantly goes offline. No customer support. It appears this is an ongoing problem and should be fixed or taken off the market.
I bought 4 rgbcw 7w wifi bulbs. Downloaded Magic Home Pro app. Activated all 4 bulbs. Named them Porch 1, Porch 2, Bedroom, Kitchen. All worked perfectly until my wife turned the Porch 1 wall switch off. The next morning the light didn't come on at 5am. I noticed the switch was in off position. I turned the switch back on but the light was still off. I decided not to mess with any settings and at 6pm the light was programmed to come back on. At 6pm nothing happened. The light was off. Went to the app and it showed Porch 1 but it was grayed out. Bulb was not seen. I tried to do a reset but the bulb will not reset.

If the wifi password for the 2.4Ghz network ends in a space (for instance "Applesauces ") then the process of connecting the lighting controller to the wifi network is broken. In this case you can connect to the private "LEDxxxxxxx" network, you can control the lighting controller, and you can tell it to connect to a wifi network, but the Magic Home Pro app removes the space when setting the password and so the connection and setup never complete

Nobdy has gotten back to me in 2 months. I want a refund or new set of lights. These are garbage!
I have been trying to install some expensive high power LED lights in my fountain for the last 6 months. Finally, the company gave me these new Magic Home lights, but we have not been able to get them working. I am totally ready to sue just about anyone at this point. If I cannot get some support, I will sue both the installer and Magic Home. If this is acceptable, please provide me with the address of the main company so I can sue them. Otherwise, if there is a chance I can get these lights working, please contact me within 1 week. If not I will sue. I have a problem with the Magic Home app when I am trying to set the timer for my LED lights. The visual for the settings isn't great and I can not see at a glance the on and off times set only the on time or the off time if I tap on the setting but then I think it cancels the other time (off if I click on. on and visversa) Any suggestions on how to set this up so that it works? Thanks

I put my LEDS up yesterday and ever since then I’ve been trying to connect the WiFi to my phone. All of the “support” option have not helped me. To fix this problem they should actually do the work so that we don’t have to. By this I mean that they are the coders and designers, and we are clearly not. Please make it to where it is easy to connect, and I’m able to use these easily. Lastly, when I opened the box, it did not include a led controller. There is instructions for it, but no controller. This app has much potential, but there’s to much blank space for the costumer to be left with. If someone could write on here and explain how they got theres to work that would be great.

Since I’ve had these lights they just randomly turn on all hours of the day and night, which is so annoying when I’m trying to sleep. They also change color or start flashing different colors randomly and unprompted. They also randomly disconnect from my app and stop responding to my prompts through the application. Ive had to reconnect one or all of the lights at least once a day since purchasing. I’ve reached out for support via the in-app support feature but not received any response or feedback. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE LIGHTS. Spend a little bit more money and get some that actually work!!

I did the most recent update right before resetting an RGBic LED strip smh. The update has a huge bug in it. Once you connect the led strip to wifi it takes you to a page called “settings on Led strip type”. Once you get on the page there is no way off of it besides closing the app and then you have to go right back to the page once you open the app and try to change colors of the strip smh. Bad UI experience and lack of testing before release!!
