I’m trying to download 2 different apps and one is Prosperity, the symbol comes up for face but nothing happens
I am having a difficult time logging into my mobile account. Says it can't verify my information. I have face recognition and and had to change my password twice and both times wouldn't let me into my account. Should I delete the app and start over...
BTW, the Prosperity app fails on Mac, iPhone and iPad all running most recent OS.
At login the error message "Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server "consumer.prosperity.bank"". I have rebooted my modem and router several times the first three would allow access once but not thereafter. The last time I did a thorough reboot of both and a reboot of the Mac and the error message reoccurred immediately. I then tested all my other secure websites using iPassword and all opened as normal. Only the Prosperity site failed. I suspect that the recent macOS upgrade has introduced a security issue for the website??

I try to log in mobile app and it says the app has stopped. I do have signal and other apps work fine.
