How to fix Mytheresa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mytheresa app on iPhone
Update Mytheresa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mytheresa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mytheresa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mytheresa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mytheresa Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mytheresa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mytheresa App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mytheresa » click [Force Stop]

Update Mytheresa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mytheresa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mytheresa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mytheresa.

Fix Mytheresa unable to contact server/ Mytheresa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mytheresa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mytheresa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
