How to fix Perpay app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Perpay app on iPhone
Update Perpay app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Perpay iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Perpay on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Perpay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Perpay Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Perpay not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Perpay App
1. On android, goto Settings » Perpay » click [Force Stop]

Update Perpay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Perpay App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Perpay » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Perpay.

Fix Perpay unable to contact server/ Perpay internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Perpay » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Perpay » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Perpay
