I love Mytheresa in regards to their wide selections of items each season and fast shipping. I have to say this is the worst app I ever used. The platform looks like exploring a website, with a progress bar on the top. Then what’s the point to have it as an app? Exploring a website is far better experience to me. The app is not stable, crapped easily, often shows “403 forbidden”, etc.
I rarely write reviews but really cannot bear this app. I keep it in my phone as I love Mytheresa otherwise I would delete it a thousand times. I really want to give a negative star here. PLEASE make your app better, no mater you do it from draft or hire a new IT team.

I downloaded the app few years ago and had to delete it because of how terrible the experience using the app! It’s a struggle.
Then, with the intensive campaigns, I thought of giving it another go. Especially that the merchandising has improved (shoutout to the merchandising team). However, I am not able to enjoy let rather use the app with the horrible app that I am experiencing that I have to update, close, reopen, and so on! It is still measurable. Therefore, invest more in the app development & the UX (contact me if you need help with that). Then restart the ads campaigns.

I order a bag that’s supposed to come with a pouch and a strap, but I received the bag only and it wasn’t in a good condition.
I contacted them 3 times to ask about sending the missing items, after days of waiting I decided to contact them to tell them that’s I’m not interested and I’d like to return the item as it took too long and I ordered it for an occasion.
A week later, I receive an email saying that my order is on its way.
Instead of refunding me it was exchanged.
Although it states clearly on their system that I called them to return it.
I had a bad experience. The application is unreliable. You can’t guarantee that the item will arrive in good quality and you can’t guarantee handling the items you returned.
The customer service is good and that’s why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
