Mytheresa: Shop Luxury Brands Reviews

I love this app in regards to their wide selections of items each season and fast shipping. I have to say this is the worst app I ever used. The platform looks like exploring a website, with a progress bar on the top. Then what’s the point to have it as an app? Exploring a website is far better experience to me. Mytheresa is not stable, crapped easily, often shows “403 forbidden”, etc.
I rarely write reviews but really cannot bear Mytheresa. I keep it in my phone as I love this app otherwise I would delete it a thousand times. I really want to give a negative star here. PLEASE make your app better, no mater you do it from draft or hire a new IT team.

Shopping with this app has been a great experience overall. Everything from the usability of Mytheresa , customer service, packaging, and delivery (DHL specifically) is smooth. I have purchased several items on multiple occasions and have yet to run into any issues. The prices for a lot of the items I've purchased are either the same, or lower, than prices found elsewhere, including manufacturer sites.

I think My Theresa has a great selection of items.
Mytheresa , however, has room for improvement. To start, it is very slow to load items. Also, it doesn’t let you preview the items without having to click on it and open the piece . This wastes time. Third, when you open an item and want to return to the product overview it resets all the items and you lose your place. Most importantly, when you are searching for something, the search bar doesn’t let you know that it’s searching. It’s invisible.

Without question, My Theresa is the BEST shopping app! Everything is seamless from the shopping to the delivery. The browsing experience is lovely because the photography and descriptions are representative and accurate. My Theresa always seems to have my very difficult-to-find small sizes and the prices are competitive. Customer Service is very responsive and returns are so easy to complete. Refunds come in very quickly! I LOVE MY THERESA!!

I downloaded Mytheresa few years ago and had to delete it because of how terrible the experience using Mytheresa ! It’s a struggle.

Then, with the intensive campaigns, I thought of giving it another go. Especially that the merchandising has improved (shoutout to the merchandising team). However, I am not able to enjoy let rather use Mytheresa with the horrible app that I am experiencing that I have to update, close, reopen, and so on! It is still measurable. Therefore, invest more in Mytheresa development & the UX (contact me if you need help with that). Then restart the ads campaigns.

The website is one of the best, the items and prices are always the best.
The problem is that the website is too slow. Another thing is that when it comes to “filter” we have only one option at a time which really take extra time to search for something! Hope you guys fix these problems very soon :)

Good service for delivery too. Only thing is that when I tried searching for multiple designer brands, it was not letting me do it easily and some out of stock items always listed, although not available any more. Other than that, good selection, great brands and good services

Been using it for a week and it's very slow!
Filters take forever to apply and both shoe size and clothe sizes are in the same filter field - which makes it useless if I am looking for 36 size clothing / UK equivalent 8/ US 4 and also want a pair of shoes in size 38.5 - imagine my search results!
The coupon codes that they issue do not work properly
I still like not to pay full price for my favorite Jimmy Choos but man! I can only use Mytheresa when I am calm and have nothing planned for the rest of the day as it's not really useful!

I order a bag that’s supposed to come with a pouch and a strap, but I received the bag only and it wasn’t in a good condition.
I contacted them 3 times to ask about sending the missing items, after days of waiting I decided to contact them to tell them that’s I’m not interested and I’d like to return the item as it took too long and I ordered it for an occasion.
A week later, I receive an email saying that my order is on its way.
Instead of refunding me it was exchanged.
Although it states clearly on their system that I called them to return it.

I had a bad experience. The application is unreliable. You can’t guarantee that the item will arrive in good quality and you can’t guarantee handling the items you returned.

The customer service is good and that’s why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.

Your collection is awesome but you need to work on your processing (loading time) upon going from page to another and selecting filters and to allow more than one filter at once + adding “done” button after selecting filters. Also you should take down sold out items.

Your size/fit advice not accurate either - we refer to other apps for advice before making our purchase. Please work on that too.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
They declined my transaction because it looked suspicious and fraudulent. I authorized it and I had my bank do the same. That’s sadly how much I wanted a pair of shoes. After back and forth with “customer service “ they still would not allow the purchase even though it was clearly proven not to be fraudulent.
I was warned by a frequent shopper of this pitiful online store that items get lost in customs, shipping takes longer than promised, charged for items that are actually out of stock.
Pathetic.

Frustrating loading pages and poor page memory

Really frustrating. I had to put my details in over 10 times. I would try to pay, then they’d say some items are out of stock and it would make you do the whole process over and over again. There must be some bugs that need fixing because I didn’t have these problems before.

Having free returns is a deciding factor for me when I am ordering from international companies.

I’ve purchased a ton of things from My Theresa and they never disappoint! Always quick to respond, very easy to navigate through... the whole app and shopping experience is just amazing here!!

Only website that had a shoe I wanted that was out of stock everywhere else. I was nervous, because I had not heard of this site before. Ordered on a Sunday, received Wednesday by 4pm. Fast and Quick. I follow them now on IG and plan to order more items!

Mytheresa has glitches. It gets stuck sometimes and it’s difficult to use the filter. Also when clicking on an item and then going back to the selection, it sometimes brings you all the way back.

I have been purchasing online on this website and I can’t believe how quick I normally receive the products. I high recommend this website.

Checkout process is the worst. Everything is a problem. If I order directly to Puerto Rico, doesn’t give an estimate of the DHL fees when I receive the package. If I order to the United States (Miami), I’m trying to use PayPal; I have completed de transaction twice, and after finishing at PayPal, is sending me back to the Checkout page in My Theresa, and the transaction is not completing.😡😡😡. I hope you’re not charging me every time I try.

I love the collection available in this app. Customer service is great too! However, I always face issue with the loading of pages and payments getting declined.

It’s my first time to order from Mytheresa and I totally loved it, the speed of replay and contacting me to confirm the order. I reserved my order in approximate of one week. I recommend you to try it.

When my DHL package was signed and took by someone else that I did not know(also I did not recognize the signature on the records). this app will not be responsible for any of them. The only thing they suggest you is to file a police report and be responsible for the loss of item.

this app has some fantastic items. I love their selection of shoes especially since I have a larger foot. I can always count on them to have what I’m looking for in my size!

Like this shop very much, but app is terrible. Wish list tab doesn’t work. Loading time is too long. Pure ux on search and filters. Sometimes it seems like whole app doesn’t work. Required redesign.
