Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever RUB app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix RUB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RUB app on iPhone
Update RUB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RUB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RUB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RUB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix RUB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RUB app issues:

Force Stop the RUB App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RUB app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RUB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RUB App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RUB app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RUB.

Fix RUB unable to contact server/ RUB internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RUB » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RUB » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RUB on android.
