App keeps crashing when I enter my login info and I don’t know what to do or how to fix it I have tried several troubleshooting options and nothing works

Terrible app. I don’t think they have any quality control on their team. Biggie as hell. For a while the login worked half the time. I just reinstalled and it can no longer find our school so can’t use it. Tried to use chat on website for help and so glitchy I gave up. This thing is a piece. Must be something better out their.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Aeries app issues:

Force Stop the Aeries App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Aeries app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Aeries to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Aeries App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Aeries app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Aeries.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Aeries » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
