Worst bank AND worst banking app in Singapore

Citibank is absolutely the WORST bank that I have experienced in my life and I am over 53 years old and lived internationally for 15+ years. Their customer service is AWFUL and CitibankIPBSG is equally bad. For example, you can’t scan a PayNow unless you have the UEN # when every other bank can do so. I will literally celebrate when I close my account here. It will be a great day in my life.

Bring back the old app!!!

The new app is not working. You can just see the balance on the account but transactions fail to load. Further, payment instructions that work on desktop now return error when input through CitibankIPBSG . Not sure what was the point of redesigning an app that worked well.

Can’t even do a trade

Problems with CitibankIPBSG. Can’t even do a trade. It comes out with an error. Also, if doing some operation such as asking for statements, it logged you out, and reset the login password, which you do not even know. You have to re-register to CitibankIPBSG again.

Virtual keyboard issue

There is no dot / full stop that you can type while entering the price. What an awful app.

OTP via SMS never sent

Dear developer. The OTP via Sms is not working. Yes, I'm sure my registered mobile number is correct. I'm using Telkomsel number, you might want to test with that. The web version is working just fine.

The UI is outdated as well. CitibankIPBSG seriously need some serious update not just minute bugs

Update: 3 months and still no fix.

Buggy

CitibankIPBSG constantly crashes when accessing the ‘Brokerage’ functionality. There is also severe latency when navigating actions under the ‘Brokerage’ functionality. Please look into this and provide a fix.

Short the icon’s name

I hope the developer can short the icon’s name from citibank IPG sg to citi IPG sg or some other names that is suitable for the iPhone’s screen.

Good app - only small enhancements here and there

Very vood app. Only time deposits could be easier to manage…
