Worst bank AND worst banking app in Singapore

Citibank is absolutely the WORST bank that I have experienced in my life and I am over 53 years old and lived internationally for 15+ years. Their customer service is AWFUL and this app is equally bad. For example, you can’t scan a PayNow unless you have the UEN # when every other bank can do so. I will literally celebrate when I close my account here. It will be a great day in my life.

Bring back the old app!!!

The new app is not working. You can just see the balance on the account but transactions fail to load. Further, payment instructions that work on desktop now return error when input through the app. Not sure what was the point of redesigning an app that worked well.

Can’t even do a trade

Problems with this app. Can’t even do a trade. It comes out with an error. Also, if doing some operation such as asking for statements, it logged you out, and reset the login password, which you do not even know. You have to re-register to the app again.
