- Lacks a schedule and only displays departure time of the next shuttle/bus

- Security concerns as users can access routes and real-time locations of all supported companies, universities, and communities

- Map interface may be difficult to follow on a small phone screen in an unfamiliar city

- No clear indication if there are other routes available in a specific location

Ride Systems will not load on android 12 or on my other phone with android 13. Using Ride Systems in Saint George, Utah.

To resolve Ride Systems network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Ride Systems App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ride Systems » click [Force Stop]

Clear Ride Systems App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ride Systems » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ride Systems.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ride Systems » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ride Systems » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ride Systems
